    Hey, I just wanted to ask about a couple of the exercises from this workout. I had trouble lifting my leg; as in could barely get it off the ground but maybe an inch. Is that normal when just starting out with this type? Or am I doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

      Hey Mary!

      Yes, that is very normal. These types of mobility exercises are challenging, and most likely you haven’t moved in this specific way before. Don’t worry about how high you lift your leg on that specific movement; focus instead on breathing, trapping air, and moving through PAIN FREE ranges of motion.
