Hey, I just wanted to ask about a couple of the exercises from this workout. I had trouble lifting my leg; as in could barely get it off the ground but maybe an inch. Is that normal when just starting out with this type? Or am I doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Don’t worry about how high you lift your leg on that specific movement; focus instead on breathing, trapping air, and moving through PAIN FREE ranges of motion.
