I’m Matt West

I’m a trainer in Plymouth, Massachusetts. I work with a wide range of clients, and my goal is to help people get stronger, recover from injury, and avoid injury with functional mobility, strength, power and endurance-focused work.

I’ve gained some cool experience in the last few years: from co-leading a free fitness community in downtown Plymouth that has seen over 60 people come to one workout; to gaining valuable experience training clients of all ages at the YMCA in Plymouth; to teaching mobility and strength classes at a few small studios.

I love to read and listen to all things health and wellness, so I never profess to have all the answers, but I’m always willing to learn something new each day and change my program to better suit the clients I’m lucky to work with.
